Typically LS engines have a 1 bar meaning they measure from full vacuum to atmospheric. A Supercharged Cobalt, for example, has like a 2 bar one to measure boost. many people, when tuning, decide to go without the MAF totally, and just use the MAP sensor for air estimates.
