I bought them from
www.superbrightleds.com. They have everything for DIY. The COB's are available in multiple sizes, including HID and DRL trims. I used the 80 mm size. The COB's come complete with drivers, the 5 watt LED's needed separate drivers. The correct puck drivers are shown on the pics.
