OK guys, update.
She is going into the shop in the morning. There are some clearance issue on the rubber dounut on the back part of drive shaft and rubbing on the rear pumpkin housing. I fitted this and re-fitted this to no avail, tried of messing with it. Anyone who is getting this take it to the shop.
