Hello everyone.
Well, I ordered my 2010 Camaro 1SS at the beginning of this month and am quickly finding that patience is NOT one of my few strong points! My buddy at the dealer says my car is scheduled to be built the week of Feb 8th and should be delivered the 3rd or 4th week of Feb ... seems so far away. She'll be dressed in Victory red with black interior, and only ordered one option to keep the costs down - auto trans. I know, not the best choice for the performance-minded enthusiast, but it will be a daily driver - and So Cal traffic SUCKS! Especially with a stick!
I have been in the auto wrecking business my whole life, and owned my own yard for 10 years. Now working for a scrap metal recycler.
My previous 2 cars were a '08 Trailblazer SS and before that a '07 C6 ... oh, and I have a body-off '57 Nomad resto-mod in the garage with a LT1/4L60E ...
I look forward to talking to you guys/gals soon; as the mods to the new SS will begin shortly after ownership!
