That's no too bad of a deal and you get a full warranty with the dealer install. I had mine installed at dealer. They did not tune the car though (adjust for speedometer) I have a Diablo tune that I was able to use to adjust the speedo so that didn't concern me. If you don't own one, you will need to get it tuned to adjust for the gears at a minimum.
