I agree with Tim, I had a LEO pull me over for doing 40 in a 35 on Wilkinson BLvd!! He gave me a ridiculous hard time, but let me go. I have also been pulled over by a Sheriff on West blvd, but he was pretty easy going and respectful, he felt I was going really fast because how loud the car was, but he determined that I was doing the speed limit.
I chalked it up to the combination of my ridiculously loud exhaust and the neighborhood surroundings of West Charlotte
