The outsides are wearing to close to 2/32, but the insides and middle are still 4/32-5/32. I plan on getting the car in to adjust alignment to the track settings, but I'm curious if I need to replace the tires before the next track event too due to the outside wear.

The rubber also seems to be getting a bit hard on the surface, any concern from that? Sidewalls seem fine.

OP was concerned with outside tread wear from track duty, and was thinking track alignment would help with wear.
I was confirming his thoughts on track alignment helping the tires last longer on the track.

He didn't mention tire wear on the street.
