I am going double Angelo's suggestion of CarPro TRIX. Here is a quick review of it


Not only does CarPro TRIX have powerful tar & bug removing agents but it also will deep clean the paint by removing iron oxide build up that has etched into the paint. Given that you are buy a construction zone this could have a great benefit for your paint system.

Here is another reivew, this time using their IRON X: Deep Clean your Paint with CarPro. IRON X is similar to TRIX but with out the bug & tar agents. It will still give you a good idea on the cleaning ability.
