I remember the display from the sema reveal of the SSX Camaro and the small print that stated the wheels were from the Z28 wheel block, and we all know that the ZL1 was rumored to have been originally the Z28 internally from gm. The wheels biggest difference seems to be in the spoke area where the ZL1's are solid the SSX's are hollowed out to make them even lighter in weight from the already light forged beginnings which are the ZL1 wheels.
