I have front and rear BMR sway bars on my v6/m6 and it improved the handling exponentially. I believe the a6 has a different setup but either way it is definitely worth the effort. They're also easy to put in, even on just jack stands. I run a square setup as well and I have little to none understeer. if you have any questions, feel free to DM me as I might be able to help you.
