I am in Wisconsin and had 20% tint on every car I have owned, never once have I been pulled over for tint. Keep in mind I am not an obnoxious driver, no crazy or loud mods, and other than a nice car, I dont draw attention to myself. I would say most of time when people getting a warning or ticket on tint, it wasnt the main reason they were pulled over.
