Other than that... I guess you can turn up the radio volume in the 28 in order to compensate for all the road noise due to no insulation.

Well my 1970 Chevelle had no insulation, no sound deadening, no A/C, no radio, warn out shocks, warn out springs, shot bushings, no functioning interior lights and flooded if I punched it, so I think I could handle a slightly harsh ride.
