Doesnt sound like it but I've said all along to time it. Video tape the IP or use an accelerometer and time it 0-60mph. That will tell you.

Should. Your car should have pulled timing during the tank of low grade. Unless you never got on the gas hard.

Should have timed it first. But you'll know if it's beneficial.
