I had ceramic brakes put on the rear wheels, had a hard time finding the correct pads for the front for a few weeks. The difference in brake dust was shocking. My rear wheels cleaned up fine with some spray wheel cleaner and a couple of paper towels. The front wheels was a different story, so much dust that I had to use water to clean them.
Get ceramic brake pads, the brake dust build up is like 80% less than the OEM pads.
