When you upgrade from a tire to a better tire you always think you've discover some new tire magic. I was a slow adopter on the Michelins thinking that a damned tire can't make that much of a difference. I couldn't have been more wrong. With most ZL1 tire sizes costing north of $1,100 per set, another $200 to upgrade to Michelins was a really east decision to make.

I can tell you that the Michelins are better in every way than the GY F2's. They have a longer tread life, are quieter on the hwy, won't slide all over the damned place in the cold and are planted and predictable in every situation I've put them through so far. Plus upgrading to a 315/35 rear gave me better off-the-line grip than the stock 305 GY's.
