Great write up but I agree. There is no need for LOC. All you need is a "JL Audio XB-CLRAIC2-SW 2-channel Speaker Wire to RCA Adapter" or similar.

Additionally, tap the harness "x3" to use the low-level inputs:

Wires From Adapter-------------Wires Going Into BA Amp

Black------------------------Dark Blue
Black w/ Stripe---------Tan
White-----------------------Brown w/ White Stripe
White w/ Black Stripe--------Brown

Remote turn on--------------White

NO, the Rev limiter is not set to 118MPH... and YES, driving in this manner does affect MPG...
