They have different foam, and more aggresive thigh and back bolstering. When I switched out my seats I felt A LOT more comfortable in them, I'm 6'2 220. They are slightly tricky to get into so I could see it being difficult for an elderly person to get into easily. But I prefer them to stock to say the least. Let alone the fact that they are gorgeous.
