I hope this doen'st happen elsewhere, but it did happen in February 2010 at University - Saint-Antoine crossing streets which is one of most important entry boulevard in Montreal coming South.
When you leave Champlain Bridge this is the 1st light that tourists have to cross.
Yellow and
green lights
where on at the same time and it happened on 2 posts...
