adding forced induction improves the fuel milage amost all the time... aslong as ur not in boost. when your in vaccume ur cars get the best milage, when ur in boost you dumping loads of air into the motor.
who really cares what the z28's milage is. you cant honestly be buying the car worrying about that. 556hp is not gona get u 30mpg.
