Forged wheels will vary in weight, depending on several things.
-brand name (some focus on performance, others focus on appearance only)
-number of spokes (generally, fewer spokes weigh less)
-lip style (stepped lip weighs less than smooth lip)
-finish choice (chrome weighs the most, polished weighs the least)
Generally, the OEM Camaro wheels are considered heavy. Forged wheels will save quite a bit of rotating mass. I'd ballpark it at 30 lbs or so, total, for a set of four wheels. Just to give you a rough estimate. 30 lbs of rotating mass is quite a bit saved.
