A little confused. I thought these were performance cars and designed to be driven as such. Don’t we all drive them somewhat “aggressively?”

I guess it comes down what is “aggressive.” Some hard back-roads driving with the AC on? An occasional 1/4 mile run at the local drag strip?

Is it reasonable for the above to damage the AC system? Seems a bit fragile if that is the case.

For the people who track their cars, do they disconnect the AC or remove the accessory belt?

Trying to understand what the line might be between “hard driving” on the street and abuse.
