I run 35% on my Camaro and Silverado. The only time you have to worry about it is if you get pulled over. Depending on the ticket writer, he may or may not write you up for it. You will have to remove ANY aftermarket tint from the front windows prior to registering the vehicle. Most tint shops run "registration specials". They will remove your tint, after you get registered, they will put new tint on. There are several shops in the New Castle area that will do this.
