I would suppose in Colorado that is true... But in Texas with the 9.3 days of moderately cold weather we have annually, Not so much... Yes, I'll grant that occasionally it does get really cold... Start the car, drive a mile or two to a stop and rob store, leave the heater on flame thrower for three minutes while you run in and tank up on hot chocolate or coffee, and your good to go.... JMO
