I agree 100%...I mean I didn't just do the 90 days and the weight flew off...NO, did I lose about 20 pounds, yeah but I personally was still unhappy with myself.
Focus and just doing it everyday was hard. I made the mistake thinking this has to be easier than insanity etc. and I was dead wrong lol
My advice to any starters would be to first, map out the diet they give you. (I didn't and I paid for it) and secondly, just stay with it and don't get discouraged...if someone like me that *use to eat fast food almost every other day and cokes throughout the day go to quit drinking soda etc and lose 40 pounds, I believe anyone can do it
