I had a dealer call me today that I stopped at about 3 weeks ago to tell me that he has a car coming in very similar to what I was looking for, the only real difference was it is missing the stripe package which I could add.

I never paid or signed anything on the other car that I been waiting for an allocation on which the (different) dealer was hoping would be approved this week. My question is am I in any way bound to take the car that I had my name on an allocation for.

The price is very good with the same trade in offer that I had at the other dealer. I actually got them to give me an extra 100 to get me to do the deal. I have to let them know Monday.
