if you do need to remove those rivits they will need to be drilled out, small drill bit right in the center hole, just bigger than the hole it self, go straight once you pop through it will let go. When you go to put the part back you can either put a new rivit in using a special tool or use a nut and bolt (if clearance allows)

*Update* Okay so it totally worked taking the rivets off now I just need to order a brand new side bracket and buy a rivet gun, thanks for the help evilbeef!!!
