Just one of the GoPro-supplied sticky mounts, plus a separate tether whose dash attachment is also "permanent". They've been in place for a little over two years now, and I've almost never noticed them unless I'm either mounting or de-mounting the GoPro itself.

Not shown is the shimming needed to keep the thing from vibrating, which rattles enough to get picked up in the sound track. The GoPro skeleton back does allow enough exhaust sound to be heard even with a 100% stock exhaust system.
