$701 on a lease......I'd move to a different country too cause that's just nuts.
Anyone can go buy one for 0 down and pay less per month thru June 2014, then sell it and get some money back......those lease payments are close to 20000 for the remainder of your lease.
Assuming a 3 year lease you'd pay 25000 and have nothing at the end but memories.....have you thought of buying it outright and selling it...you'd do much better financially.
