I know you were looking for a quick answer, but you really need to read this link and follow Darin's recommendations. GM's can't tell you to do it this way because of the tremendous liability risk. They certainly can't tell you to drive faster than the legal speed limit, but that is exactly what it takes to break it in correctly. It's all about load in order to seat the rings properly. Please take 15-20 minutes and read the link.
