As for MPG increases...that will depend on how you drive the car. You should see a 1-2 MPG increase, but most drive the car harder with a new exhaust so they can hear it.
As for power, the gains are minimal on the V6, maybe 5hp or so, but really open up with HF cats or a tune...or both. The V6 is hard to pull hp our of with simply a cat-back alone.
What you will feel immediately is increased throttle response from the increase in flow.
