I will always help out, I never find the benefit of yelling at someone to search if I know the answer already.
Axle back is only for sound. If you want performance, since you have the LLT, headers are an option that you can have and should get. I would do the ported TB last, because it works in conjunction with those mods.
Some people say that the ported TB helped them with the "dead spot" on the v6, but personally I felt like my tune did more in that aspect than the TB did.
