You can use a dedicated wheel cleaner like Poorboy's Spray and Rinse, I actually will be putting up a review on it and Wolf's clean and coat wheel cleaner today. The rims are clear coated so you can use a product like those if the brake dusting is severe and just spray it off and wipe it down with a microfiber or even use a brush, Mother's makes a good wheel brush for $7.
