I just did the chat deal also, and the girl said that she could only see that it was on hold and offered no additional information. I suggested how disappointed I was, and she responded, very politely that there was not other information available tome at this point. I thanked her for her help, and then pushed the envelope a bit asking if I wanted to cancel the order, if that should be handled through the dealer. She again very professionally said that would be the case. She then thanked me for contacting GM. That was it. I get that they can not tell us anymore, and I have no plans to cancel my order. The moral of the story is we are going to get our cars when we get our cars!
