Like I thought, their considering it a total loss. Just got a call back from Alstate. When I was down at the dealership yesterday thats what they were telling me too and one of the guys thier at the dealership told me he will not fix it, he hasn't seen a wreck that bad in a long time where he says he will not fix it.
