If a person knows the pressure range that the sensor operates with, then you can recalibrate the sensor settings in the tune file. I can't find the data on that sensor, though.
Below shows the calibration data from a stock LS3 MAP sensor.
If possible, use a ZR1/LS9 MAP sensor (part number 12592525, MAP Sensor Linear
312.50 kPa, MAP Sensor Offset
-11.25 kPa).
