the ones in the image are painted, or I lost my color eye. They look best painted to match on your CGM color. To do a proper job you will have to take them off and that is a pain as you have to re-tape them with 3M bonding tape. If you can do t yourself a body shop can paint them, but understand they may not match 100% as the plastic parts take the color a tad different then the metal panels. They should be very close to your bumpers. In the SF Bay Area thats about a $1200-1500 job if you want quality. FYI. & good luck.
