Usually you don't want to go to far past 10psi on a roots style blower. Anything past that gets difficult to tune and pretty dangerous. Since they make boost instantly you will run into knock right off that bat depending on the fuel you guys have out there.
404kw is about 541hp so that seems a bit low for a cammed and supercharged LS3. We just had a L99 make 618rwhp with a Whipple (stock 4" pulley) and a cam and our dyno reads pretty low.
