Don't buy the test fleet car...worst thing you can do.
The companies that handle those cars, do take care of them and fix them up after every test. The press fleet companies do pride themselves with that responsibility. So that any journalist driving it for the first time doesn't realize it's been tested several times over.
With all that being said, still, don't do it, I've seen guys testing these things. There are people out there that try to rip these cars a new asshole, literally. Something to do with proving durability? lol. That's also why the companies are always fixing them.
If that dealer did his homework, he knows it's a press car, and he got it for cheap. He might be hoping you never realize, though. It looks a little sketchy, as some things do on the internet.
