No one can really tell you how to launch. You'll need to poke around and see what works. Theoretically if you can hook the car the higher the rpm the better. You can flash it, which is just hanging at or just above idle and mashing it or stall the balls off it. 2400 seems low for a 3500 stall to push the car. I'm guessing pro torque converter.
Bottom line is something is happening at the launch. You'll only get some brainstorming here so interpret the logs, correct the issue, and try it again.
