yeah in Massachusetts they now review all vanity plates. If it suggests any kind of racing or speed they will not allow it. When you pick a vanity plate you have to explain what it means. "Pny-klr" well I guess you could say you hate ponies.
But saying your car is faster than a mustang would not fly.
