At 19" there will be slightly less strut clearance than at 20" in the same width/offset/backspacing due to strut inclination in front view. Guessing about 3mm 'tighter'. Before I suggest any minimum tire and wheel to strut clearances, how much do you trust your ability to measure those clearances and how set are you on using specific tire makes/models/sizes?
As long as the tires you get are either non-directional or have a specific "outside", you can at least swap tires side to side on the same axle. Road courses always have 360° more turns in one direction than in the other, so tire wear is apt to be a little different side to side.
Off-topic probably does get a bit busier later into the evening, technical sections less so. At 10 PM I want to forget I even have a computer. If I'm even still awake.
