PM you back, So i had a old halo headlight, and you know how i am adding a RGB LED and controller to the headlights, All this time i was opening the headlights to do the install, I tried to pull the old LED out with out opening the headlight, It will not come out that way with out a trick.
The trick is i had to drill 2 holes to get a torx in the front to take out the two front screws the other 4 torx screws can be removed by removing the bulb cover and hid ballast.
Have some pics but will hold on to them for know, My have pics of the new headlights some time Sunday and a surprise for members.
