I understood the question
those are the Projector lens fog lights. The upper ones are DRL's (Just like on the RS)
The RS package on the SS/LS/LT models turns the fog lights into DRL's and the DRL/Headlights into HID Projector lights w/Halo's regardless of SS/LS/LT model.
On the ZL1 you will have HID Projector lamps w/Halos (Upper lamps), DRL's (Middle lamps) and Fog Light Projector lamps (Lower lamps)
