There are plenty shops that have proven combinations like these on their own shop cars or customer cars,,, the only way for you to do it is to start bolting cams onto your top end and dyno the car to find out.
But I think you are working backwards,,, you want to build the engine before you try to find out what cam works for you,,, or you follow the build path that someone has already proven to work
