Hey all I'm one handed and drug addled. I'll just say Thank You All for the thoughts and prayers. I'll try to add more later as I hopefully continue to ,improve... lots of love and thanks to you all. It's been a long rough road but I'm not lifting... I'll keep mashing and shifting til I'm back up to speed.
