rcracer, why not hang onto it for now until you find out what is wrong with your tranny? Sounds like it wasn't the Hurst that was the problem but the tranny itself. Don't you wanna re-install it after the tranny issue if fixed? I think once the tranny prob is fixed, you'll enjoy the Hurst. I had the rattle issue but Kenji took care of it and I am enjoying the Hurst shifter now.
