I know this is random, and no, I haven't checked classifieds yet...but I am just wondering, is it reasonable for someone to sell a '13 1LE bone stock with <20,000 miles for around $30,000?

I'm looking at getting one this winter or next spring, but I'm on a strict budget. $31K is the high limit (no budge). Lower is better, but I don't want a dot over 20,000 miles on it.
