The cylinder bodies themselves take 1 hour 35 minutes to rough machine and surface finish. Then they have two more processes they go through. We are still in the process of finishing the first process on a run of about 50 of them.

Right now the only one that is fully complete is the one that we have in our car. We have a few others, but they are all different than the one in the car and that you have seen sneak pictures of. We also have some parts that have to be sent off to be coated, and the one in our car didn't even get that treatment lol.

If you want I can post a picture to the Tick Performance FB page of the one that is in the car. Just keep in mind that it is not 100% what you will be getting.
