Saw a VR and less then 30 secs later a Silver around 7:30am on Lake Hills connecter road in Bellevue. Leaving Group Health in Bellevue around 9:00am, a VR at the intersection of NE 8th & 116th. Got a chance to wave and got a friendly wave in return
