Not a fuel issue. Pressure and delivery is normal.
I've already seafoamed the tank. Long time ago.

I've run smoke tests, propane and carb cleaner tests. Soap tests and everything.

I have no doubt it will be something simple. But I also think it may be in the tune.
When I start it on a cold morning it sounds like TOTAL shit and sputters for a few seconds.
